A hybrid role ideal for individuals with strong technical writing skills and curiosity about the QA domain. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Create and maintain technical documentation: manuals, guides, APIs/SDKs, procedures. * Standardize templates, formats, and taxonomies. * Collaborate with Engineering and QA teams to reflect product changes. * Manage the documentation repository (versioning, consistency, traceability). * Support materials for customer support, training, or pre-sales. Desirable: assistance in functional validation, basic testing, or review of use cases. Preferred qualifications: * Experience in QA/Testing, technical support, or functional validation. * Software/hardware or IoT documentation experience. * Technical English proficiency.
