Position Summary: We are seeking a sociocultural animator to animate and manage a youth group (ages 12–18) in a socio-educational setting, including activity design and community coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Youth group animation and management (ages 12–18) 2. Design and planning of socio-educational activities 3. Coordination with community agents **1\. POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Animating the youth group (ages 12–18) within the socio-educational space. * Managing conflicts among peer groups and/or related incidents. * Collaborating with networks to promote the Youth Programme. * Designing and planning activities within the socio-educational space. * Coordinating with other community agents as needed. **3\. MANDATORY PROFILE:** Education: * Higher Vocational Training Cycle in the Social and Community Services field. * University degree in Social Education, Pedagogy, or equivalent. Experience: * Minimum 1 year of experience working with youth. **4\. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience managing youth conflicts using restorative methodologies. * Experience intervening with vulnerable youth. * Knowledge of migration processes and supporting newly arrived youth. * Knowledge of coeducation and gender studies. **5\. WORK CONDITIONS:** * COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT: Leisure sector — Sociocultural Animator category. * CONTRACT TYPE: Substitute position (1–2 months). * WORK SCHEDULE: 20 hours per week, afternoon shifts. * SALARY: As stipulated by the collective agreement. **START DATE:** Immediate Employment Type: Part-time, Indefinite Estimated Hours: 20 hours per week Experience: * Youth work: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
