We are seeking a qualified social educator to work at an Emergency Residential Shelter located in Rubí, serving vulnerable groups. The selected candidate will be responsible for accompanying, supervising, and implementing socioeducational interventions for the center's users. Supervise and accompany users in their daily activities at the center. Monitor assigned tasks, promoting personal autonomy. Manage and control schedules and daily organization. Ensure proper functioning of the facility and harmonious coexistence within the center. Guarantee continuous presence and attention at the service. Apply established protocols and procedures. Participate in the implementation and monitoring of social and/or educational plans for service users. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Prior experience in the socioeducational field is required, especially in supporting vulnerable groups. Experience working in residential centers or facilities—carrying out accompaniment tasks, monitoring socioeducational plans, and intervening in conflict situations—will be valued. * Degree in Social Education * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Proactivity and initiative in carrying out daily tasks. Resilience and adaptability when facing complex or changing situations. Mediation and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and strong communication skills. Social commitment and sensitivity toward vulnerable groups. It is essential to reside in the area or its surroundings and have access to a personal vehicle to ensure mobility to the center. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time schedule * Additional relevant information: This is a permanent, full-time contract, requiring work from Monday to Friday, 14:30 to 22:00.
