Your work will be essential to guaranteeing operational continuity and delivering an exceptional experience for our guests. ### **What will you do?** These will be your key responsibilities: * Supervision and execution of maintenance Coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. * Management of critical facilities Ensure uninterrupted supply from key systems such as air conditioning, hot and cold water, and electricity. * Regulatory compliance and safety Carry out tasks related to technical-legal regulations and collaborate in resolving incidents, including fire prevention procedures. * Energy control and sustainability Participate in implementing energy efficiency policies and projects, as well as measuring and monitoring energy, water, and waste consumption. * Coordination with suppliers and third parties Supervise external contractors’ work, collaborate on inventories, and ensure proper warehouse and material operations. * Reporting and management support Collaborate in preparing energy consumption reports and support scheduling, leave management, and attendance tracking for technical staff. ### **What are we looking for?** We seek a committed professional with strong technical capabilities and a drive for excellence.
