





At **CELO Industria España**, we are looking for a **Customer Quality Manager** to join our team. **What will be your functions and responsibilities?** * Lead and coordinate the quality team, reporting to the area manager. * Manage customer complaints and coordinate corrective and preventive actions. * Participate in problem resolution using quality methodologies (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys). * Ensure compliance with customer requirements, including preparation and follow-up of documentation (PPAP, APQP, PSW). * Develop and supervise technical documentation: PFMEA, control plans, inspection guidelines, laboratory reports, and quality/conformance certifications. * Coordinate and validate product/process testing and approvals. * Collaborate in internal and external audits. **What are we looking for?** * Technical education (Engineering or related field). * Minimum 2 years’ experience in supplier quality or supply chain. * Knowledge of audits, quality management systems, and continuous improvement tools. * Attention to detail, communication skills, and analytical ability. * Intermediate-to-advanced level of English. **What do we offer?** * The opportunity to join an international family-owned company operating across multiple countries, experiencing continuous growth, where talent development and creation of new professional opportunities are core values. * Flexible working hours. * Continuous training. * Flexible Compensation Plan (group health insurance, meal vouchers, etc.).
