This is not merely an operational position, but a role with **responsibility, judgment, and decision-making authority**. **What will you do daily?** * Conducting and attending property owners' meetings. * Comprehensive management of assigned communities. * Drafting minutes and official documentation. * Monitoring incidents and coordinating construction works. * Budget control, supplier management, and oversight of community expenses. * Direct interaction with community presidents and property owners. * Legal, technical, and administrative advisory services. * Coordination with internal teams. * Deadline tracking and overall portfolio management.
