From **Mercaconsult**, a consultancy specializing in talent acquisition, we are seeking a Senior Property Manager to join an established and leading company in property owners' community management in Catalonia.
This is an organization with over 30 years of experience, a robust portfolio of communities, and a work model built on service quality, trust, and sector professionalization.

**What will you do daily?**
* Conducting and attending property owners' meetings.
* Comprehensive management of assigned communities.
* Drafting minutes and official documentation.
* Monitoring incidents and coordinating construction works.
* Budget control, supplier management, and oversight of community expenses.
* Direct interaction with community presidents and property owners.
* Legal, technical, and administrative advisory services.
* Coordination with internal teams.
* Deadline tracking and overall portfolio management.

* Competitive remuneration: €30,000 – €32,000 fixed + variable (€2,000 – €3,000)
