Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for operational tasks at an electrical industrial plant, performing manufacturing and assembly of electrical panels, operating press and assembly machinery with precision and safety. Sector-specific metal industry training (C9 certification) and press operation. Personnel are required for operational tasks at an electrical industrial plant in Molins de Rei. The position involves manufacturing and assembling electrical panels, operating press and assembly machinery during the shift. The assigned person must maintain a consistent and efficient pace, following technical instructions to meet established safety and quality standards. The work environment is industrial production, where precision and care are fundamental. The employee is expected to keep their work area in optimal condition, collaborate with the team on internal logistics tasks, and handle tools according to safety protocols. Adaptability to different tasks within the assembly line is necessary to achieve daily production targets and improve workflow efficiency on the shop floor. Previous experience in assembly lines within industrial environments. Ability to perform prolonged physical effort and carry out routine tasks. Demonstrable experience operating manual or automatic press machinery. Possession of sector-specific metal industry training under C9 certification for pre-assembly, assembly, format change, and final assembly. A medium or higher vocational qualification related to the industrial field will be considered a plus.
