We accompany families during a delicate time and take care of every detail of the process with professionalism, empathy, and rigor. We are looking for a responsible and stable person, sensitive and detail-oriented, who can combine technical operation with humane interaction. Your mission Ensure that each service is carried out with maximum quality, traceability, and respect, managing the entire process: from pet reception and preparation to the delivery of mementos and family support. Main responsibilities **Crematorium (incinerator) operations:** Safe operation of the incinerator and process control (startup, monitoring, parameters, and shutdown). Loading/unloading following internal protocols, regulations, and quality standards. Cleaning, organization, and basic maintenance of the area and equipment (checklists, replenishment, incident reporting). Waste management and compliance with safety and hygiene procedures. **Preparation and custody:** Reception, identification, and registration of deceased pets (traceability, labeling, and control). Pre-service preparation according to protocol (hygiene, conditioning, preservation, and respectful handling). Internal coordination to ensure timelines, priorities, and service quality. **Memento preparation and delivery:** Preparation of urns, paw prints, fur clippings, or other mementos according to family choice. Quality control prior to delivery (data verification, packaging, and presentation). Documentation management for the service and basic administrative closure. **Customer service (families):** In-person and/or telephone support delivered with empathy, calmness, and clarity. Explaining the service and addressing questions during an emotionally sensitive time. Accompanying families during farewells when applicable (with discretion and respect). **Desired skills and knowledge:** What we seek in you High responsibility and emotional maturity (work involving sensitivity and emotional weight).
