**Job Description:** We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced **Chess Instructor** to join our team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate must have a passion for teaching and chess, as well as strong pedagogical skills to work with children and adolescents. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver chess classes to groups of different levels, from beginners to advanced. * Develop and implement teaching plans that promote critical and strategic thinking. * Motivate and guide students in their chess development, ensuring a positive and stimulating learning environment. * Organize and supervise internal tournaments and participate in local competitions. * Collaborate with the educational team and maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress. **Requirements:** * Previous experience as a chess instructor or in similar roles. * In-depth knowledge of chess, including strategies, tactics, and regulations. * Ability to work with young people of different ages and skill levels. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire students. * Chess-related certificates or qualifications will be valued. * Availability to work in Barcelona. **We Offer:** * Part-time contract with potential for extension based on performance and center needs. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and responsibilities. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for continuous training and professional development.
