JOB DESCRIPTION
A major industrial company specializing in plastic waste recycling and valorization seeks to hire a **Production Plant Manager** to lead the overall management of the plant.
We seek a candidate with experience in industrial environments, accustomed to working on the shop floor, possessing leadership capability and a focus on continuous improvement.
**What will be your mission?**

You will be the highest authority in the plant, leading the Production, Maintenance, and Quality departments, ensuring achievement of production, quality, safety, and efficiency targets.
**Main Responsibilities**

* Lead and coordinate the Production, Maintenance, and Quality departments.
* Manage a team of approximately 30 people, organized into three work teams.
* Directly lead the three team leaders.
* Plan and supervise daily production.
* Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities.
* Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
* Participate in operator recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Organize team shifts and manage personnel allocation as needed.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and drive process optimization initiatives.
* Maintain a constant presence on the shop floor, supporting and accompanying the team.

* Flexible working hours (typical reference schedule: 8:00–17:00).
* Annual gross salary between **€45,000 and €60,000**, depending on experience.

REQUIREMENTS
* Higher Vocational Training (FP II) or Industrial Engineering degree.
* Prior experience managing production teams in industrial environments.
* Knowledge of production processes and industrial machinery.
* Leadership profile with strong decision-making and incident-resolution capabilities.
* Person approachable to teams, with interpersonal skills to manage people and build trust.
* Experience in recycling companies, waste management, plastics, or similar industries will be valued.
