





We urgently need to hire a permanent cook with a 35-hour weekly schedule, working rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday according to the roster. Salary: €1,300 gross per month. Preparation of ingredients in advance—including washing, peeling, cutting, and measuring—as well as proper cooking of dishes following established recipes and standards. Must ensure food quality by using fresh products and complying with hygiene and food safety regulations. Also responsible for plating dishes, paying attention to presentation and adhering to service timing. Additional responsibilities include inventory control, proper storage of products, and cleaning of the workstation and utensils. The cook works closely with the rest of the kitchen team, follows instructions from the head chef, and maintains clear communication during service.
