Cosmetic Production Operator

Description

We are seeking personnel to join the production team of a cosmetics company located in Pla de Santa Maria. The selected candidate will actively participate in the production process, handling, conditioning, and packaging of cosmetic products while strictly adhering to safety and quality regulations. Daily responsibilities include continuously supplying materials to production lines to ensure uninterrupted workflow. Rigorous quality controls are also performed to verify the optimal condition of the final product prior to dispatch. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, with a team committed to continuous improvement. Working hours follow a rotating shift schedule: morning (6:00\-14:00\), afternoon (14:00\-22:00\), and night (22:00\-6:00\), Monday through Friday. An initial two-month temporary contract is offered, with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite contract and immediate start. The salary is €10.88 gross per hour, plus an additional night-shift allowance. To qualify for this position, candidates must reside in Pla de Santa Maria, Alcover, Valls, Vallmoll, Tarragona, or surrounding areas, and must have their own vehicle. Prior experience of at least six months handling goods in supermarkets, warehouses, or factories is valued, as well as warehouse-related knowledge. Minimum educational requirement is no formal education, although any additional training is appreciated. Residence in Pla de Santa Maria, Alcover, Valls, Vallmoll, Tarragona, or surrounding areas. Personal car or motorcycle is mandatory. Minimum six months’ experience handling goods in supermarkets, warehouses, or factories. Warehouse knowledge: picking, packing, and stock location. Education: no formal education required, but at least one year’s relevant experience is valued.
