This service is delivered while respecting our core pillars: people, environment, and society Responsibilities: We seek a versatile professional to join the plant maintenance team (long-term project) in Martorell, Barcelona. Main responsibilities include: * Industrial maintenance work on equipment and production lines, including equipment opening/closing, blanking, mechanical cleaning, and preparation for hydraulic/pneumatic testing. * Load handling and maneuvering; use of manual, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric tools. * Strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations: LOTO, work at height, confined space entry, and client’s internal procedures. * Reading of isometric drawings, field measurement taking, layout, and spool prefabrication. * Installation, alignment, and support of piping systems; flange and nozzle preparation. * Knowledge of materials (carbon steel and stainless steel), schedules, and fittings. * Support during pressure testing and subsequent reinstallation. Requirements: * 3–5 years of experience in an industrial environment (chemical, food, pharmaceutical, or petrochemical), depending on profile. * Metal TPC (20 hours) and Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training (60 hours). * Work at Height and Confined Space training (mandatory/valuable depending on validity). * Ability to read drawings/isometrics. * Availability for plant shutdowns and peak workload periods. * Class B driving license and personal vehicle (valuable). Offer: * Permanent contract. * 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, split shift from 08:00–17:00\. * Continuous training (LOTO, ATEX, laser alignment, NDT, etc.) and renewal of welding certifications. * Immediate start.
