The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on identifying process weaknesses to suggest and implement changes that optimize performance. Key responsibilities include full administration of the back-office area, providing consistent support to the commercial team. This involves preparing proposals, processing orders, and maintaining up-to-date commercial information. It will also be necessary to analyze existing workflows and restructure tasks to make daily operations more agile. Experience with data management tools such as Salesforce (CRM) and Aeda (ERP) is required. This position offers an indefinite contract and a flexible schedule that supports work-life balance. The standard working hours are flexible, with entry and departure between 08:00 and 17:00\. On Fridays, working hours end earlier, from 07:00 to 15:00\. Additionally, two months of reduced working hours are offered during summer, and additional holiday closures are scheduled in August and at Christmas. University degree. Three years of experience in similar roles. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and report generation. Knowledge of Salesforce (CRM) and Aeda (ERP). Operational mindset focused on process improvement. Strong organizational skills, initiative, and willingness to learn. Residence in Sant Quirze, Rubí, or surrounding areas is required.
