We are looking to hire a **Project Manager** to lead a **technical project for a unique building.** We seek a candidate with experience in managing complex projects, strong coordination and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. **Responsibilities** * Lead full project planning and execution. * Coordinate internal teams: engineering, production, and assembly. * Supervise budget, timeline, and achievement of objectives. * Communicate with clients, suppliers, and work teams. * Manage documentation and prepare technical documentation. * Visit construction sites and conduct on-site technical follow-up. **Requirements** * Residence in the province of Barcelona. * Availability to work onsite in Olesa de Montserrat. * Availability to travel (nationally and internationally). * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in industrial, construction, or structural projects. * English (minimum C1 level; used in professional settings). * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** is **mandatory.** Experience with other technical management tools is valued. * Leadership, organizational, and communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of the industrial sector or industrial modular building solutions. * Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodology. **We Offer** * Involvement in a significant technical project with interesting challenges. * Employment contract with an established company possessing its own technical team. * A positive working environment and interdepartmental collaboration. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and professional profile.
