We are seeking an organized, methodical, and responsible individual with **accounting knowledge** and **strong proficiency in Excel**. **Main Responsibilities** * Support in general accounting tasks. * Answering calls and managing emails. * Invoice accounting. * Communication with various departments for document validation. * Ensure monthly accounting closure. * Posting entries in the journal/general ledger. * Recording bank transactions. * Preparation of financial statements (balance sheets and income statements). * Management of tax accounting and filing of tax returns. * Bank account reconciliation. * Invoice and payment management. * Budget control and analysis. **Requirements** Education and experience: * Degree in Administration and Finance, Accounting, or similar * Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting tasks. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Solid accounting knowledge will be valued.
