Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and incident management for swimming pool solutions. 2. End-to-end warehouse management: dispatch, replenishment, inventory, and loading. 3. We are seeking personnel to perform operational tasks at our branch in Vilafranca del Penedès, specialized in swimming pool solutions. Main responsibilities include direct customer interaction, addressing inquiries, and managing incidents. The role also involves dispatching and replenishing goods in the warehouse, ensuring proper product placement and accurate stock levels. In addition, the candidate will formalize sales, process payments, and issue invoices. Another part of the job involves controlling and managing inventory, including participation in periodic stock counts. The candidate will be responsible for truck loading and unloading, handling goods safely and efficiently. Maintaining order, cleanliness, and the center’s professional appearance is essential, as is labeling and organizing the warehouse. The individual will contribute to daily logistics flow and overall operational efficiency. The work environment focuses on distribution of swimming pool products, such as filtration systems, water treatment, climate control, and lighting. We work with well-known industry brands. This position requires an organized and dynamic individual capable of teamwork and strongly oriented toward customer satisfaction within a logistics and commercial setting. At least two years of prior experience in warehouse operations and/or customer service is required. Experience in material handling, invoicing, or product replenishment will be considered a strong advantage. The ideal candidate is dynamic, organized, and clearly customer-service oriented.
