Main Responsibilities • Receive and validate orders in the system. • Daily coordination with the Operations department to monitor order status. • Full tracking of orders until final delivery to the customer. • Handle and resolve incidents related to deadlines, deliveries, or modifications. • Direct and proactive communication with customers, providing updates on their order status. • Manage documentation, delivery notes, and internal system status updates. • Report directly to management on progress and potential improvements in the order workflow. ### **Requirements** • Previous experience in Customer Service, Client Support, or Order Administration. • Organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication abilities and direct customer interaction. • Proficiency in office software and order management systems (ERP / CRM). • Languages: Not essential (desirable) Key Competencies • Proactivity and incident resolution. • Coordination and teamwork. • Customer orientation. • Follow-up and control capability. ### **We Offer** • Stable employment contract. • Working hours from Monday to Friday – 7:00 to 15:00 h. • Salary: 22\.000 € SBA.
