




Job Summary: We are seeking a receptionist or call center agent to manage telephone appointments, handle incoming calls, forward inquiries, and manage patient emails. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of appointments and telephone calls 2. Telephone assistance to patients from various clinics 3. Coordination of emails and inquiries for physicians A clinic located in Barcelona requires the incorporation of a receptionist or call center agent. • Telephone appointment scheduling. • Handling incoming calls and forwarding them to unit secretaries. • Managing deferred calls received early in the morning, which must be assessed by the unit physician. • Making follow-up calls to emergency patients, if the medical assessment is favorable. • Providing telephone assistance for calls originating from the Call Center, including both the Quitón Group and Dexeus Clinic Call Centers. • Managing and forwarding emails from patients, mailboxes, etc., addressed to secretaries. • Managing emails from the info@ mailbox and specific physician platforms. Experience: 3 years in call center and receptionist roles. * Temporary employment contract (3 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2000' to '2100'
