Our team is comprised of more than **7,000 employees** motivated and skilled employees from **over 45 countries**. **Contract\-to\-hire position (Temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent.)** **Mission**: The main goal of this role would be to act as a **technically strong Quality counterpart** to the R\&D teams (FW, Cloud, App), taking ownership of: * Consolidating and analyzing field data related to connectivity problems. * Leading issue resolution processes with all stakeholders (Q, AfS, Cloud, FW, R\&D). * Ensuring we have reliable quality KPIs and visibility over product performance. * Driving alignment between validation, releases, and quality expectations. * Contributing to the definition of validation protocols for future connected product developments. **To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:** * Technical background in Engineering (ideally Electronics, Computer Science or related). * Proven experience in Quality and/or R\&D roles. * Strong analytical and communication skills. * Experience in IoT, Connectivity, and Embedded Systems is highly valued. * Full professional proficiency in English (bilingual level). *At Fluidra, we are committed to both the professional and personal development of our employees.
