




We are looking for an administrative staff member What is offered? - Full-time employment contract, 40 hours per week, with morning and afternoon shifts to be agreed upon. The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Support in administrative and management tasks. - Support for the administrative and accounting department of FCH (including invoicing, bookkeeping, and management of proprietary software). - Support in administrative and management tasks at FCH. - Daily coordination and communication with other departments to ensure process execution and control. - Resolution of incidents. Requirements: - Solid accounting knowledge. - Advanced office software skills (Microsoft Office suite). - Intermediate Excel proficiency. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Proactive and solution-oriented. - Ability to analyze and manage incidents. - Languages: native or near-native proficiency in Spanish and Catalan; English at B1 level. - Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Accounting and Finance (CAFE), or Vocational Training Program in Accounting and Finance (AAEF)... - Teamwork capability and adaptability to new challenges. - Excellent communication skills.
