Main responsibilities at our office in Sant Cugat del Vallès will include invoicing and customer service, both in person and by phone. It is essential to be methodical and patient when handling administrative procedures, as high attention to detail is required. This position involves understanding and actively participating in the daily operations of a tax and legal advisory firm, managing standard terminology and processes. Catalan-language communication is fundamental; therefore, a native-level proficiency is required to interact with our local clients. A B2 level of English is also required, useful in an increasingly international environment. A permanent contract is offered with an annual gross salary between €28,000 and €29,000, depending on experience. The work environment is professional and dynamic, conducive to skill development and career growth within the sector. Demonstrable prior experience in tax and legal advisory services or consultancy. Proficiency in A3 management software. Ability to manage complex administrative processes. Customer service skills (in-person and telephone), with patience and professionalism. Native-level Catalan. B2-level English. A university degree is considered an advantage.
