We are seeking 2 professional orientation counselors to implement the PROJECTA’T program for employed individuals. Position: Maternity leave replacement. - Counseling for employed individuals. * Bachelor’s Degree * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, or Psychopedagogy. Knowledge of labor, training, and counseling resources, as well as of the socioeconomic fabric of the Vallès Occidental region. Requirements: \-University studies (Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree) in Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, or Psychology. Alternatively, documented professional orientation experience of at least 2 years within the last 5 years. \-Proficiency in Office 365 environment. \-Oral and written competence in Catalan and Spanish languages. Preferred qualifications: \-Training in professional orientation and labor insertion. \-Knowledge of labor, training, and counseling resources, as well as of the socioeconomic fabric of the Vallès Occidental region. * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 2300 * Other relevant information: \-Temporary contract (maternity leave replacement). \-Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday with split shifts, Friday intensive shift. \-Immediate start. \-Workplace: Terrassa.
