This position represents an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong university background in chemical sciences who wish to integrate into a global corporate structure, benefiting from a tailored training program and long-term career development from day one. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Formula Development and Optimization:** Practically design and develop new chemical formulations targeting industrial and consumer markets, with a specific focus on defoaming systems, emulsions, and dispersions. * **Technology Transfer and Scale-up:** Collaborate directly with engineering and plant operations teams to coordinate proper industrial scale-up and introduction of new products into manufacturing facilities. * **Agile Project Management:** Integrate into the department’s dynamic workflow to execute fast-track development projects and optimize the current product portfolio. * **International Coordination:** Ensure smooth communication and continuous alignment with other research centers located in different countries. **Required Profile:** * **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (Master’s or postgraduate studies will be considered favorably). * **Professional Experience:** While prior knowledge in preparing emulsions, dispersions, or surfactants is valued, this position is open to junior or recent graduate candidates demonstrating high learning potential and commitment to technical development. * **Key Competencies:** Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset—essential for acting as a liaison between the laboratory environment and production facility operators. * **Languages:** Fluent English (minimum B2 level) for effective interaction within a multicultural environment. **Terms and Benefits:** * **Structured Career Path:** Permanent employment with a global company, with the first year focused on intensive technical training to enable autonomous project management starting in the second year. * **High-Mentorship Environment:** Continuous support, guidance, and technical direction from industry senior specialists from the moment of joining the company.
