We are looking to hire a **Senior Architect Project Manager** to lead architectural projects with a focus on **profitability, deadlines, and excellence in customer service**. **Your Responsibilities** This position will lead end-to-end project management, serving as the internal point of reference and primary liaison with clients and involved stakeholders. Main responsibilities: * Planning and directing the project (milestones, deliverables, and coordination across phases: preliminary design, basic design, and executive design). * Monitoring **deadlines, budget, and resources**, tracking deviations and implementing corrective measures. * Leading meetings and **finalizing decisions** (minutes, commitments, and follow-up). * Coordinating internal teams and collaborators, ensuring effective interdisciplinary integration. * Managing **administrative procedures** and coordination for **license acquisition**, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards. * Identifying and managing risks (technical, administrative, scope, and scheduling). * Communication and **negotiation** with clients and third parties to align scope, cost, timeline, and expectations. **What We Are Looking For (Senior Profile)** * **Architect** (degree in Architecture). * **Minimum 10 years of experience** as an architect, with **at least 5 demonstrable years** managing and **leading highly complex architectural projects**. * In-depth knowledge of the full process: **technical and administrative stakeholders**, applicable regulations, standard practices, and **license management**. * Clear goal orientation: **profitability**, adherence to deadlines, and client satisfaction. * Excellent **leadership, communication, and negotiation skills**. * Advanced English if the project requires international interaction. **What We Offer** * Permanent full-time contract. * Flexible working hours: start between 08:30 and finish from 18:00; Fridays from 09:00 to 15:00. * **Attractive remuneration**, commensurate with experience and role level. * **Outstanding working environment**, within a close-knit, demanding, and highly positive team. * Highly complex architectural projects with direct client interaction and genuine decision-making authority. * Stability and **professional development path** within a growing group, with opportunities to assume greater responsibility based on performance.
