




Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Delivery Manager to lead teams, plan and execute temporary power projects, ensuring achievement of objectives and continuous improvement of processes. We keep our customers’ worlds connected — from world-class events lasting a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities relying on us for decades. **What You’ll Do:** * Supervise and lead the Project Managers team in delivery, ensuring achievement of objectives, standards, and team training. * Plan, execute, and close projects within timelines, budgets, and specifications, acting as the single point of contact. * Coordinate communication across departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success. * Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies across all projects. * Continuously improve project management processes and the quality of delivered services. * Accurately document designs, modifications, and create Bills of Materials (BoM) to support procurement and manufacturing. * Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with Aggreko standards for equipment and facilities. **What We’re Looking For:** * Proven experience in project management. * Engineering education, preferably with knowledge in electricity, HVAC, or refrigeration. * Experience in leadership and team management. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency; additional knowledge of Portuguese, French, or Italian is valued. * Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time. **What We Offer:** * The opportunity to work for an internationally recognized organization specializing in temporary power generation and distribution, temperature control, and compressed air projects. * Join a globally renowned company known for its technical expertise, high-value-added solutions, and extensive fleet enabling service to any industrial sector. * Competitive Compensation and Benefits: Indefinite full-time contract (40 hours per week).
