Job Summary: Re-uz is seeking a Festival Logistics Coordinator to manage reusable cups, coordinate teams and logistics, and ensure the financial success of events. Key Highlights: 1. Re\-uz carries out its activities across Europe and Canada, focusing on the production, rental, and sale of reusable containers—as well as their collection, sorting, and washing—particularly Ecocup. An award-winning innovator, Re\-uz (and specifically Ecocup by Re\-uz) has historically specialized in musical, cultural, and sporting events (notably the Rugby World Cup, the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Stade de France, and international tours). Our business is expanding into other sectors, particularly commercial and institutional catering, where we also offer reusable solutions and associated services (collection, sorting, and washing). In light of a newly created position, we are seeking a Logistics Coordinator for our festivals division, reporting to the Operations Manager. **Main Responsibilities:** * Organizes, plans, and executes end-to-end cup management at festivals, with an external management focus. * Contacts festival clients to propose and define each event, and subsequently collects post-event feedback. * Manages festival teams: team composition per event, real-time monitoring during the event, and on-site presence to address potential incidents and oversee closure. * Places washing orders with the Operations Department to trigger Manufacturing Orders. * Coordinates material pickups and deliveries with the warehouse. * Monitors festival stock levels (outbound materials, on-site inventory, returned items); plans material replenishment (cups with varying specifications). * Handles rental equipment orders. * Schedules and supervises transport staff management (trips, material reorganization). * Is accountable for financial closure and timely payment collection per event. **Required Profile:** * Outgoing and sociable individual with strong interpersonal skills. * Flexible, dynamic, and responsible. * Availability from Monday to Sunday (including possible night shifts). * Based in the province of Barcelona. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Preferred: Experience in the events sector—sports, corporate events, trade fairs, concerts (including programming and team management, not just setup and teardown).
