Job Summary: We are seeking a forklift operator to handle and store materials in an industrial food-sector warehouse, ensuring safety and efficiency in the flow of goods. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate forklifts in a dynamic and shift-based structured environment. 2. Perform loading, unloading, and organization of goods in a food warehouse. 3. Collaborate with the logistics team to maintain warehouse efficiency. This position involves performing essential material handling and storage tasks in an industrial food-sector warehouse. The primary responsibility is to operate forklifts safely and efficiently to ensure a continuous flow of goods. Work takes place in a dynamic environment where precision and strict adherence to safety regulations are critical to daily operations. Specific duties include loading and unloading transport vehicles, stacking and retrieving pallets in high-bay storage systems, and general space organization. Equipment used includes counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks, or trilateral forklifts, depending on operational requirements. Support tasks for the logistics team will also be performed to maintain overall warehouse efficiency. The role requires careful attention to safety and quality protocols, following established standards. Work is carried out on a structured shift schedule as part of a productivity- and distribution-oriented team. This is a temporary part-time contract within the supply chain of an established company in Terrassa. Minimum 4 years’ experience as a forklift operator. A valid forklift operator license is mandatory, along with demonstrable hands-on experience operating counterbalance and reach trucks. Experience with trilateral forklifts is considered an advantage, as is completion of a Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle or prior experience in industrial and food-sector companies. Immediate availability to start the position is required.
