The company provides construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance services for all types of buildings and industrial facilities, primarily serving the chemical industry sector. We are looking for an experienced, autonomous, and on-site leadership-capable First-Class Construction Skilled Worker. Responsibilities * Performing masonry tasks in rehabilitation and maintenance (partition walls, plastering, tiling, flooring, layout work). * Formwork, flooring, pavement leveling, cladding, and stonemasonry tasks. * Interpretation of blueprints and measurements. * Organization and supervision of laborers and lower-tier skilled workers. * Operation of tools and machinery specific to the trade. * Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and risk prevention standards. Requirements * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a First-Class Skilled Worker in construction or renovation. Experience in the chemical industry sector is desirable. * Proficiency in masonry and finishing work. Experience with non-conventional cements and special resins is desirable. * Ability to work autonomously. * Knowledge of blueprint interpretation. * 20-hour or 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course specific to construction (desirable). * Residence within the Vallés Occidental area (Terrassa, Rubí, Sant Cugat, Mirasol). * Valid Class B1 driver’s license and personal vehicle (mandatory). * Desirable: Working at Heights certification, forklift operator license, and Mobile Elevating Work Platform (PEMP) certification. * Enthusiasm to join a stable, serious, committed company focused on meeting established deadlines.
