Job Summary: We are seeking a draftsman to prepare and manage technical documentation in the metallurgical sector, designing detailed drawings and collaborating with engineering teams. The candidate will be responsible for designing detailed technical drawings using CAD tools, collaborating with engineering and production departments to ensure components meet specifications. Daily tasks include creating assembly and detail drawings, updating documentation, and participating in continuous product improvement. Advanced proficiency in specialized software and attention to detail are required. The contract is indefinite from day one, with flexible working hours and the possibility of telecommuting one day per week, under the metallurgical industry collective agreement. The work environment is stable and collaborative, fostering knowledge sharing. **Minimum Required Qualification:** Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Drafting, Mechanical Manufacturing, or a similar degree. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Experience with SolidWorks is also required. Knowledge of DraftSight is considered a plus. This position is open to both junior and senior profiles; the company will adapt to the candidate's level of experience. Candidates must reside in Calaf, Cervera, Manresa, or nearby towns to facilitate on-site integration at the workplace.
