Previous experience working with adolescents and young people. We need to hire a Social Educator for a summer project in El Papiol to accompany a group of young people in the afternoons. Start date: 15 June; end date: 31 July. We require a candidate with prior experience working with adolescents and young people who can lead a group, demonstrating autonomy and authority (positive). The candidate should be approachable, capable of earning their trust, and able to provide support when needed. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Candidate must have prior experience working with adolescents and young people, and be able to lead a group. Must demonstrate autonomy and authority (positive), be approachable, know how to earn their trust, and provide support when needed. * Temporary employment contract (1 month) * Part-time afternoon schedule (8 hours per week) * Gross monthly salary: 450 * Additional relevant information: Schedule is Mondays and Wednesdays, 3–5 p.m., and Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5–7 p.m. Except on 1 July, when full-day availability (10 a.m.–7 p.m.) is required for an outing.
