Your responsibilities will include managing and coordinating appointments, providing personalized client assistance, receiving vehicles, and tracking completed services. This is a full-time on-site position located at our facilities in Sant Fruitós de Bages. Main Responsibilities: * Client reception and assistance at the workshop. * Opening work orders and monitoring repairs. * Explaining diagnostics, estimates, and completed work. * Coordinating with the mechanics team for workflow planning. * Managing workshop appointments and scheduling. * Tracking vehicle deliveries. * Administrative tasks related to service (invoicing, warranties, etc.). * Resolving incidents and handling post-sales support. Requirements * Requirements: Experience in customer service and client-focused service delivery. Strong communication skills and a courteous, professional demeanor when interacting with clients. Knowledge of post-sales procedures and ability to manage requests and service follow-ups. Organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail. Prior experience in the automotive sector and basic administrative knowledge are preferred. High proficiency in both Spanish and Catalan (mandatory).
