Job Summary: We are seeking a psychologist for a senior residence to conduct assessments, follow-ups, and provide emotional support to residents and their families, as part of an interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Psychological assessment and follow-up of residents 2. Emotional support and adaptation to admission 3. Coordination with the interdisciplinary team and family support A senior residence is looking to hire a psychologist to join its interdisciplinary team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the psychological assessment, follow-up, and emotional support of residents, as well as family accompaniment and coordination with other professionals. Experience in communication skills, empathy, and teamwork will be valued. Psychologically assess and monitor residents Provide emotional intervention and cognitive stimulation Support residents’ adaptation to admission and during grief or emotional distress Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team and participate in the Individualized Care Plan (PAI) Provide guidance and support to families when necessary * Bachelor's degree in Psychology * Availability of a vehicle * Driver's license: B * Permanent employment contract * Part-time position (20 hours – fixed and periodic, discontinuous schedule) * Additional information of interest: Monday to Friday, with flexible morning or afternoon shifts (09:30–13:30 and/or 15:30–19:30).
