As a Fresh Products Professional in the FISHMONGER section, your main responsibilities will include: * Cutting and dispatching products. * Setting up the display counter. * Restocking to maintain the section’s visual appeal. * Monitoring shrinkage. * Maintaining and promoting the product range. * Cleaning and ensuring hygiene in the section. * Providing personalized customer orientation and advice during purchase.
