To sustain continuous growth, we are seeking to hire a *Senior Business Developer* for our Sant Cugat del Vallès team. ***What would your day-to-day look like as a Business Developer?*** * Conduct cold outreach via telephone calls to potential client companies (B2B), supported by our Commercial Assistance department * Carry out commercial visits to SMEs and large enterprises * Establish and maintain direct contact with key Financial and Executive decision-makers at prospective clients * Lead negotiations and contract closures ***What do you need to succeed in this role?*** * Approximately 2 years of experience in commercial roles * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle * Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills; proactivity, organization, and initiative ***What do we offer as your future employer?*** * Permanent contract and a career development plan within a multinational company experiencing active growth and expansion * Full-time schedule with flexible start and end times: Monday–Thursday, 8:30–9:30 AM to 6:00–7:00 PM, with 1 hour for lunch; Fridays, intensive schedule from 8:00–8:30 AM to 3:00–3:30 PM * Intensive working schedule during August * Remote work according to company policy * Social benefits including private medical insurance and flexible compensation for meals * Unlimited free fruit, coffee, and herbal teas in the office * You may enjoy your birthday as a paid day off
