Job Summary: We are seeking an R&D Technician to join Roval Cosmética and develop innovative cosmetic solutions, participating from the initial idea through to industrialization. Key Highlights: 1. Support in industrialization and scale-up processes. **Who Are We?** At **Roval Cosmética**, a chemical industry company specializing in the **manufacturing of cosmetic products**, we continue to grow and aim to strengthen our **R\+D** team. We are looking to hire an **R&D Technician** who will play a key role in developing and launching innovative new cosmetic solutions. If you are passionate about formulation, experimentation, and innovation, and wish to be part of a solid, rapidly evolving project, we want to meet you! **What Will Be Your Mission?** The selected candidate will actively participate in all product development stages—from the initial idea through to industrialization and market launch. **Main Responsibilities:** * Development of new cosmetic products and optimization of existing formulas. * Formulation, characterization, and analysis of prototypes at laboratory scale and industrial batch scale. * Evaluation of product stability, efficacy, and safety, as well as definition of technical claims. * Identification of new business opportunities, market trends, innovative ingredients, and emerging cosmetic categories. * Management, coordination, and monitoring of R\+D projects across their various phases. * Technical support to customers and internal departments. * Preparation, review, and maintenance of required technical documentation for commercialization (technical data sheets, dossiers, files, etc.). * Support in industrialization and scale-up processes. **What Are We Looking For?** We seek a technically experienced candidate with a proactive attitude and sensitivity to cosmetic market trends, who enjoys working in the lab and contributing fresh ideas. **Requirements:** * University degree in **Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Health Sciences**, or related field. * Minimum of **5 years' experience** in an R\+D position within the **cosmetic industry**. * A Master’s or postgraduate degree in **Cosmetics or Dermocosmetics** is desirable. * **English level B2**. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in office software. **What Do We Offer?** * **Permanent full-time contract**. * **Flexible working hours**, Monday to Friday * (arrival between 08:00 and 09:00 – departure from 17:00 onwards). * Opportunity to join a **growing project**, at a strategic moment for the company. * Professional development within a **well-established industrial environment**. * **Life insurance**. * **Flexible compensation**, including health insurance for you and your family.
