Job Summary: We are seeking a Station Assistant to provide direct customer service, handle inquiries, and offer administrative support within a family-owned company with a long-standing track record. Currently, we would like to hire a: **STATION ASSISTANT (BUSES)** Under the supervision of the Unit Manager, you will be responsible for attending to and serving customers regarding ticket sales and responding to information requests. **Work takes place at the Sabadell Bus Station.** **This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday.** **Responsibilities:** * Direct and personalized service to users of the transportation service * Handling inquiries, complaints, and incident resolution * Processing administrative documentation related to the station’s daily operations * Coordinating with other departments to ensure proper service delivery * Safeguarding and handling confidential information and customers’ personal data * Supporting billing, collections, payments, as well as document filing and registration **What would we like you to bring?** * **1\-2 years of experience** in similar roles involving administrative support and/or customer service. * An organized, versatile individual with strong communication skills. * Availability for the following schedule: + Monday to Friday: (Sabadell Bus Station) - 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. **What can we offer you?** * A **stable position** with an **indefinite contract**. * **Immediate incorporation.** * Joining a growing and solid corporate group. * Opportunity to participate in a Flexible Compensation Plan: health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare vouchers, etc. **Does this opportunity sound interesting?
