We are looking to incorporate into our Manresa team a person with a functional, communicative, and client-oriented profile. The candidate will participate in client meetings, process and needs analysis, requirements gathering, functional documentation, solution definition, and coordination with the technical team. Gradually, they will assume increasing autonomy in client and project management: task planning, estimations, responsibility assignment, milestones and deadlines, time tracking and deviation analysis, user training, preparation of budgets and proposals, and identification of new needs through consultative selling. We do not necessarily seek a specialist in any specific tool. Above all, we seek someone capable of understanding a business, connecting with people, building trust, bringing order to complex situations, and transforming needs into solutions and projects. We offer initial and ongoing company-funded training, mentoring throughout the learning process, and progressive professional development toward functional consulting, project management, client relations, and consultative selling. We offer genuine flexible working hours and a hybrid work model: initially one remote workday per week, with the possibility of gradually increasing it to two days as autonomy in the role is achieved. Daily break time is included within working hours. Requirements * Qualification: University degree or higher vocational training (CFGS) related to business, management, marketing, information systems, or similar fields * Preferred: Experience or familiarity with consulting, software implementation, Customer Success, operations, or project management. Knowledge of business processes in areas such as sales, marketing, customer service, administration, billing, or internal management. Familiarity with CRM, ERP, SaaS, process automation, reporting, spreadsheets, databases, or no-code/low-code tools. Regular and responsible use of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar. Prior experience with the platforms we work with is not mandatory; the company will provide specific training. * Requirements: We seek a communicative, solution-oriented, organized individual with strong interpersonal and client-facing skills. Strong verbal fluency, empathy, active listening, and the ability to connect with people, build trust, and convey confidence are especially important. We seek the ability to understand business processes, ask insightful questions, analyze needs, and transform unstructured information into clear conclusions, requirements, and actionable steps.
