From Construcía, we are currently seeking a **Studies and Valuations Technician**, whose main responsibilities include: * Studying project offers and analyzing technical documentation for subsequent planning and preparation. * Preparing technical, economic, and administrative proposals to present to clients. * Proposing alternatives to project proposals. * Coordinating logistics and implementation plans, work phases, and site zoning. Lean planning. * Requesting quotes from suppliers and following up on them. Supplier management. * Participating in creating the necessary documentation for proposal submissions. * Identifying key/strategic collaborators (suppliers) for bidding and project execution, and managing their integration from the outset together with Procurement. * Participating in the transfer of project information from Studies to Operations. * Extracting client requirements regarding prevention, quality, and environmental aspects, and incorporating both these and the company's own criteria into the bidding process. * Applying the company’s values—Transparency, Innovation, Respect, Honesty, Integrity, and Passion—in daily work. **Desirable Requirements:** * Degree in Technical Architecture or Higher Architecture / Civil Engineering / Science and Property Engineering, or equivalent. * Proficiency in PRESTO and AutoCAD. * Prior experience in studying and evaluating building projects. **What do we offer?** * Indefinite contract from the very beginning * Performance-based bonus * Positive working environment * One day of remote work * Birthday holiday (Bday) * Flexible compensation *There is a place for you, whoever you are.
