Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Manager for Building Construction to define, schedule, and organize project activities, monitor progress, manage costs, and maintain client relations. We are currently seeking a **Building Construction Site Manager**. Key responsibilities include: * Defining, scheduling, and organizing all project activities to ensure execution within planned timelines and in accordance with quality, environmental, and safety standards. * Conducting periodic monitoring of project progress, analyzing deviations, and proposing corrective actions when necessary. * Preparing monthly financial closings, analyzing incurred costs, payments, executed production, and potential deviations from the target budget. * Building and maintaining a relationship of trust with the client and technical management to support proper project evolution and stakeholder satisfaction. * Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of certifications, invoicing, internal reports, and financial closings. * Applying Group methodologies, supervising implementation of Grupo Construcía’s defined **Circular Economy** principles on-site, and ensuring correct application of the **Lean2Cradle** methodology across all phases. **Desired Qualifications:** * Degree in Technical Architecture or Civil Engineering, Public Works Engineering, or Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals, and Ports). * Minimum 8 years’ prior experience as a Site Manager in building construction projects. * Basic Occupational Health and Safety Training (60 hours). * Proficiency in Presto (user level), AutoCAD (intermediate level), and Navision (intermediate/advanced level). * Advanced English (C1\). * We seek a highly organized individual with strong analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and customer orientation. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract from day one. * Performance-based bonus. * Flexible working hours. * Positive working environment. * Birthday holiday (Bday). * Flexible compensation. *There is a place for you—no matter who you are.
