From Construcía, we are currently seeking a **Construction Site Manager**, whose main responsibilities include: * Opening and closing construction sites, receiving materials and conducting layout surveys * Supervising the quality of work performed on site * Coordinating on-site construction activities * Supervising proper implementation of risk prevention measures on site * Complying with requirements and standards established in the quality and environmental management system * Proper segregation and waste management * Monitoring work carried out by contractors and subcontractors, including both execution and resources used * Preparing daily work reports **Desired Requirements:** * Proven and solid experience as a construction site manager * Experience in hotels or offices is valued * Training in occupational health and safety (PRL) * Training in quality and environmental management systems **What We Offer:** * Indefinite contract from the beginning * Performance-based bonus * Positive work environment * Birthday holiday (Bday) * Flexible compensation *There is a place for you, whoever you are.
