Job Summary: We are seeking a nursing assistant or sociosanitary technician with a vocation for caring for people to assist and support residents in daily activities and ensure their well-being. Teamwork and empathetic communication Candidates must hold formal training in nursing assistance, care for dependent persons, or an equivalent qualification such as a Sociosanitary Technician diploma. A genuine vocation for the care sector, proficiency in the required working languages, and valid documentation (DNI/NIE, Social Security registration, and bank account details) are mandatory. One year of relevant experience and basic knowledge of risk prevention, quality, and environmental management are desirable. Responsibilities include assisting and supporting residents with daily activities such as personal hygiene, feeding, accompaniment, and postural changes, ensuring their physical and mental well-being. Teamwork, medication administration, hygiene procedures, mealtime support, Resi\+ system handling, and courteous, empathetic interaction with users are also required. Working hours are part-time, ranging from 20 to 35 hours per week, depending on scheduling. Shift-based working hours apply, and the contract is temporary.
