We seek an administrative and secretarial profile, primarily focused on administrative procurement, responsible for ensuring efficient site operations and acting as the central coordination point among suppliers, finance, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities * Manage site administrative procurement (office supplies, services, and local suppliers). * Coordinate smooth day-to-day office operations. * Request, compare, and validate budgets according to internal policies. * Monitor invoices, purchase orders, and related procurement documentation. * Provide general administrative support: reception, telephone assistance, and visitor management. * Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with internal procedures. Requirements * Vocational training qualification (CFGM or FP) in Administration. * Experience in administration with a focus on procurement. * Knowledge of invoice, order, and expense management. * Proficiency in Excel and Outlook. * Experience working with ERP systems (Navision). * Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented profile. * Proactive and solution-driven attitude. **Desirable:** * Intermediate/advanced level of English.
