Position Summary: We are seeking a team leader to supervise inventory accuracy and quality processes within a dynamic logistics environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and team development. Orientation toward continuous improvement of procedures Comprehensive supervision of inventory accuracy and quality processes in a dynamic logistics environment in La Bisbal del Penedès. The incumbent will lead the inventory management team, ensuring compliance with key performance indicators and maintaining high standards in daily operations. This is a role requiring strong organizational skills and a consistent orientation toward procedural improvement. Key responsibilities include planning and executing cyclic counts, audits, and stock investigations to correct variances. The role also involves root cause analysis of discrepancies, monitoring of performance indicators, and coordination with client teams. Additionally, the incumbent leads the development of the Team Leaders team. A degree in Logistics or Quality Management (preferred) is required, along with a minimum of two to three years’ experience in inventory management with team leadership responsibilities. An analytical profile, data-oriented mindset, and strong incident resolution capability are essential. A B2 or higher level of English is preferred, as well as strong communication and decision-making skills in a demanding environment. A degree in Logistics, Quality Management, or a related field is required. Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in inventory management or similar functions. Prior experience leading operational teams. Analytical profile, data-oriented, with incident resolution capability. Minimum English level B2 (C1 preferred). Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
