The role entails performing package deliveries and efficiently managing last-mile logistics in Rubí. The incumbent must complete assigned routes daily, ensuring all shipments reach their destinations according to established standards. Organization, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve unexpected issues arising during delivery are essential. This role is critical to customer satisfaction, as the delivery driver serves as the visible face of the service at every delivery. It involves moderate physical activity and operation of delivery vehicles, with a practical focus on completing daily tasks. Key responsibilities include loading and organizing packages in the vehicle according to the planned route. Each shipment must be scanned and digitally registered to maintain precise tracking from the logistics center to the recipient. During transit, interaction with customers is required to confirm receipt and manage incidents such as absences, incorrect addresses, or damaged packages. At the end of the shift, failed deliveries or returns are processed, and causes are documented for administrative handling. This position offers practical experience in the transportation and distribution sector. Required safety training is provided regardless of prior experience. The schedule is stable and communicated in advance, facilitating personal planning. The environment is dynamic, offering autonomy in executing routes while following standardized procedures that ensure quality service. The contract is temporary. No prior experience is required.
