We seek an organized, solution-oriented individual with a clear international customer orientation, prepared to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment. **Main Responsibilities** * End-to-end management of export orders, acting as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the entire process. * Active coordination with customers and production plants to ensure on-time delivery and anticipate potential deviations. * Continuous monitoring of deliveries and logistics operations, maintaining smooth communication with all involved stakeholders. * Prompt resolution of issues related to orders, transportation, or deliveries, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Direct and ongoing interaction with international customers and suppliers, building trust and ensuring high-quality service. * Oversight of documentation and invoicing associated with operations, ensuring accurate processing without losing focus on operational efficiency. * Cross-functional collaboration with various plants and regional teams to guarantee smooth operational flow. * Identification of improvements in order management and logistics processes, contributing to optimizing timelines and efficiency. **What We Offer** * Immediate incorporation. * Stable project within an established company. * Positive work environment and international team. * Annual salary: €26,000–€28,000 (depending on experience). * Opportunity for growth and development within the export area. **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements** * Advanced level of English, French, and Italian is mandatory (a language test will be conducted) — **please refrain from applying if you do not fully master all three languages**. * Prior experience in customer service or international/export departments. * Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. * Dynamic, organized individual with strong communication skills.
