Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager specializing in lightweight façades (curtain wall, ventilated façades) to manage teams, conduct layout planning, attend to clients on site, and plan activities within a high-pressure construction environment. Key Highlights: 1. Management of in-house and subcontracted teams on construction sites. 2. Experience with lightweight façades: curtain wall and ventilated façades. 3. On-site problem resolution and team coordination. We require a Site Manager with in-depth knowledge of the lightweight façade sector: curtain wall and ventilated façades. Management of in-house and subcontracted installation teams. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment such as construction. Allocate and supervise personnel on construction sites. Layout planning of façades. Client attendance on site. On-site problem resolution. Planning. Coordination with technical office and procurement departments. Organization of production meetings. Monitoring and control of project costs. Organization of auxiliary resources required for construction execution. * Minimum 5 years of experience. Desired experience: 10 years * Diploma or Technical Engineering Degree * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * French (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Minimum education: Vocational Training (FP) or equivalent; Desired education: Engineering or Architecture * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: Working hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM; Salary: €30,000 – €40,000; Final salary will depend on candidate assessment
