Stable work environment and professional growth We are looking for a Social Integration Specialist for Torrelles de Foix, Barcelona. This is a permanent, full-time position. Main responsibilities include accompanying and supporting individuals in situations of vulnerability, designing and implementing social intervention plans, and coordinating community resources to promote their inclusion. Preparing reports and maintaining contact with families and other professionals in the social field are also required. Specific training in social integration or a related field, as well as prior experience in this sector, are essential. Teamwork skills, empathy, and initiative will be highly valued. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, covering morning and afternoon shifts according to service needs.
