CABRERA DE MAR The person appointed to the position of social educator will carry out the following functions and responsibilities: \- Daily attention and accompaniment of minors. \- Planning of activities to promote minors' personal development and group cohesion. \- Mediation and resolution of conflicts through the promotion of non-violent communication. \- Monitoring and evaluation of minors and their objectives. \- Monitoring minors' progress, assessing\-their development and adapting interventions as necessary. \- Preparation of educational reports (PEI, ITSE) to work on minors' objectives. * Experience: 12 months. Minimum one-year experience in similar positions is desirable. * Competencies / knowledge: Mastery of both intellectual and practical strategies required for the role. Ability to model behavior for minors by serving as a behavioral example. Possession of a certificate confirming absence of sexual offenses. Strong motivation for educational work with minors. High learning capacity. Persuasive and influential. * Availability of a vehicle * Temporary employment contract (3 months) * Full-time schedule * Other relevant information: Shift-based working hours.
