SOCIAL EDUCATOR. Abrera The person appointed to the position of social educator will carry out the following functions and responsibilities: \- Providing care and support to minors in their daily lives. \- Planning activities to promote minors’ personal development and group cohesion. \- Mediating and resolving conflicts by promoting non-violent communication. \- Monitoring and evaluating minors and their objectives. \- Tracking minors’ progress, assessing their development, and adapting interventions as needed. \- Preparing educational reports (PEI, ITSE) to work toward minors’ objectives. * Experience: 12 months. Minimum one-year experience in similar positions is desirable. * Competencies / knowledge: Proficiency in both intellectual and practical strategies required for the role. Ability to model appropriate behavior as a behavioral example for minors. Possession of a certificate confirming absence of sexual offense convictions. High motivation for educational work with minors. Strong capacity for learning. Persuasive and influential. * Availability of a vehicle * Temporary employment contract (3 months) * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: Full-time schedule of 38 hours per week.
